Feb 04, 2012 Hi everyone: Ian and I spent a fabulous day in a little place called Wormsloe. About 8 miles outside of Savannah. We went to the Wormsloe State Historic Site, where they were having a weekend long reinactment of life in the mid 1800's. It was incredibly interesting. 2 southern belles and a good ol boy

Margaret, Ian and I, are travelling on a winter holiday to St. Simons Island in the State of Georgia. We are leaving behind the winter rains of the British Columbia coast, to spend some time enjoying the warmer sunshine. We're looking forward to taking in some wonderful old Southern architecture, embark on gastronomic adventures with some down home Southern cooking, (Ian, bring along you pepcid!) and most important relax and renew our hard working bodies.
