The alarm went off early this morning as planned so we could get a good start to the day. We had decided only a few days ago, to take a train trip to Settle from Carlisle. For those who are not really interested in trains this little trip crosses the Yorkshire Dales and at one point we stop at the highest mainline railway station in the United Kingdom.
