Sera slums

Even the most decrepit of buildings houses monks. This one looked as if it had been bombed or burned out, smelled like a latrine, and had piles of garbage in the halls. Yet a few doors showed life inside. Not quite the luxurious monks' life one hears about in C propaganda.
