Day 3 Big day this one. Muscles are tired and needed a good stretch. Thanked god for every step for the training I had done. Sixteen km day today but after the first hour and a half climbing to the second pass at 3,900 m we proceeded through a more undulating path that the Incans had made through tunnels and forest that were worth stopping to look at.
