Day Four was busy with travel between Washington and New York. Started the morning with White House photo op. Then Capital Bldg. Library of Congress. Union Station. Board bus for a LONG drive to New York. Traffic through the Lincoln Tunnel was atrocious. Went straight to Chinatown and Little Italy for dinner. Drove to the Empire State Bldg for a trip to the top.
