We were driving on route 40 out of Memphis, TN by 9:15am. And that was AFTER showering and breaky. We drove into Arkansas in no time--and it was FLAT. With the rain still falling, it was also flooded in areas. As we neared Ft. Smith small mountains and rolling hills could be seen.
