We took a tour today to see the sights of the highlands of Santa Cruz (the largest island in the archipeligo) with our guide Enrique. First stop was to a farm where we walked to find the Giant Tortoises, endemic to this island. The Santa Cruz tortoise is known as a dome-shaped tortoise, as evident by the shape of its shell.
