view of the north island of Caye Caulker

the caye was split in two during a hurricane....hence the name "the split" along with north and south islands of Caye Caulker. There are homes on the north island but not many and no electricity.

Well yesterday was certainly a very interesting day that's for sure. It started off very quiet with Chris and Ann leaving for their 2 day sail to the mainland. We will miss them and wished them well on the remaining week of their holiday.
