One week from Sunday Fred and I will fly to Caye Caulker, Belize for two weeks of fun (hopefully) in the sun. We have plans to go reef fishing, snorkeling, cave tubing, visit Mayan ruins and maybe even scuba. We should see rays, sharks, turtles, manatee and alligators (if we're brave or stupid).
