They wait maybe 10 years to get out of a drought in the Queensland/Victoria then get enough rain to fill the resevoirs to last 5 years ,in contrast, in WA the farmers are sending sheep and cattle west by road trains(3 trucks together) for the grass to graze as WA has had one of the driest winters for years.
