In a Downtown Noodle Shop

Here I am with my 6 quai bowl of steaming hot noodles. They didn't give me any broth, just hot water with garlic and ginger (next time I'll request more ginger.) They also threw in some greens. Not a bad bowl of soup and the price was right.

If you ever make it to Weihai, you've got to search out Farmer's Pizza. Even though they use ketchup instead of pizza sauce (I'm told you can't tell the difference) they will accommodate the pickiest of eaters (I'm referring to myself here.) Hot water (steam), garlic and ginger...sounds like a healthy meal!
