We took the train from a city in southern Thailand (Hat Yi) all the way to the Malaysian border, the train journey took about 6 or 7 hours of which we had to stand the entire time and I have never seen so many people in such a small place, I will never complain about trains in the UK over booking again and having to sit on the floor.
