The Cassowary

This is the bird I could've potentially run into at the Environmental Park! Thank goodness I didn't! I took this picture at the Rainforest Reserve. The third largest bird in the world, the cassowary can give a deadly kick, and has been known to kill people who get in its way...yikes!
Cairns: Reef and Rainforest
