George The Grouper

Every day at a restaurant called On The Inlet overlooking the river they feed a fishhead or chicken to a wild fish called George The Grouper. He comes of his own accord most nights at 5pm, and a large crowd gathers to watch. They tie a rope around the fishhead or chicken, and try to pull George to the surface so people can see him.
