We did not know when or how long our Labor Day holiday would be until the day before it came (typical Chinese notification). With much excitement I immediately booked a flight to Beijing where Jay and I would reunite with 3 awesome Americans we met in Yangshuo. We were only there for 3 days, but during those days we ate as much Mexican food as possible,and enjoyed luxuries like rum, tequila, a nig ... read more
