We crossed the border from Belize on the first day of the Easter holidays - not our brightest of ideas as it took forever for our bus to get through the carpark that was the brdige joining the two countries. Our luck continued when we seemed to be waiting forever in the combi station at Campeche, trying to get to Bacalar. We finally found out that combis weren't running today, so followed an old l ... read more
