Nina Valley Trail in Lewis Pass July 29th 2006 Cassandra and I joined Canterbury University's Tramping club (hiking = tramping) and went on a two day tramp in Lewis Pass over a few rivers and through a bunch of mud and through a bunch of beech tree. The bridges we crossed were about 20 to 30 feet off the water. I don't know what the elevation of the trail was but it didn't gain much over the whole trail. ... read more
