So you might be wondering who is Pollito, and what is a Vaca? Well, my name is Chris, and I am Pollito! When my girlfriend (now wife) Maureen found out that the rooster is my Chinese calendar animal for the year of my birth, she told me I am her Pollito (little chicken), even though the word for rooster in spanish is gallo.
