On a whim we decided we needed to see a little more of Malaysia than just KL, so we jumped on a bus to Melaka. An absolutely beautiful place, about 2 hours drive by bus from Kuala Lumpur. In Melaka, the influence of the Portugese, Dutch and British is still plain to see. Quaint little shops and multi-coloured trishaws are all over the place...
