Changbai Shan - Underground Forest

Very cool volcanic formations in an old earthquake rift give you some spectacular scenery. Don't expect a major gasp form yourself...it is somewhat sterile in presentation.

I am actually sitting in an inexpensive hotel in the old city of Xi'an...not far from Chengdu.
