Only spent a day in Wellington, but it's nice place. Honestly, I didn't realise until I was here that Wellington is actually the capital of New Zealand, not Auckland. Stayed in the YHA, which has absolutely no character at all, but it could be worse I suppose. Went in the tram up the hill to a little cable car museum at the top.
