We left Apo Island on March 14. We left early, at 8:00, hoping for calm seas and a dry trip. Of course we prepared for a wet trip, for ourselves and our bags, and it was fine. Paca Waca

We've been seeking the elusive paca waca for a few years now and are continuing our Southeast Asia quest this winter. The plan is to spend 2 months in the Philippines touring and diving, then move on to Malaysia. We may or may not dive in Malaysia depending on whether we can find reasonable accommodations in Mobul and get permits to dive in Sipidan.
