First stop at Gruyere, where we visited a cheese factory. Then to the old town, with its medieval castle and walls. Interesting bar there, designed by Giger, famous for 'Alien'. Then onto the capital Berne, a charming town with arcaded shops, carved fountains and towers. Saw Einstein's house, where he wrote some of his famous theories.
