We were both sorry to leave Valparaiso as there were so many things happening there every night. We will particulary miss the completos which were basically hot dogs with tomatoes and so much guacemole and garlic mayonnaise on that by the time you tried to bite into it, the hot dog was cold and you have to use a tissue to scrape off all the sauce onto the floor where even the stray dogs stuck thei ... read more
