On Saturday, January 3rd, we spent the day wandering around all by ourselves, discovering new markets and plazas with churches. In the evening, Elba´s friend Julia came over and we made ´makis´, which were not just normal sushi. We made the rolls with vegetables and cheese, and with rice covering the outside.
