21 Sep - WELCOME TO SOUTH AFRICA. Both me and my backpack arrive in Cape Town and make it hassle-free to the Tulip Inn Hotel as planned, phew!!!! While driving into Cape Town I'm amazed by the views of Table Mountain...didn't expect it to dominate the city sykline as much as it does. Welcome to Darling's Travels: From Bellshill to Bangkok and Beyond :) 14 month round the world trip which, at the moment, will cover London to Aqaba overland, Morocco, Southern Africa, India, Thailand (bring on the cats and dogs!), Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Australia, New Zealand, San Francisco and Canada... phew.
