Our pilot pulled out the map to show us where we were and where we were going. I think Tanya was a little concerned whether or not he was watching where he was going! The mountains were getting closer and closer...

After an incredible morning enjoying a scenic flight to Milford Sound and a cruise through the sound, we once again got settled into our little plane for a scenic flight over Mt. Cook, Fox Glacier and Franz Josef (the township and the glacier). What a treat... and sooo nice to avoid a 8 hour bus trip!!
