After uncertainty and definitely anxiety of a strike threat involving Chilean immigration and customs staff, the day came when I would get the bus back to Santiago for my flight home the following day. I was very concerned because if the strike happened the consequences I would face would obviously seriously affect my plans returning home such as missing my flight! My name is Dawn and I live Leeds, in the UK. I love travel and travel loves me!
I was in Argentina in at the end of January and most of February 2011 where I visited Buenos Aires and also travelled around Tierra del Fuego and Patagonia. In May that year I went on my first ever cruise where we sailed from Corfu Town up the Adriatic Sea visiting Montenegro, Slovenia, Italy and Croatia.
My next big trip is planned for December 2014 where I plan to travel around South America for six months!
