The Marist Community at the Escuela San Alfonso (St Alphonsus School) welcomed me warmly when I arrived in San Salvador, the capital of El Salvador. Brs Roberto and Alex collected me from the airport which is about an hour's drive from the Marist school where I was staying. Welcome to my travel blog. I hope you enjoy sharing in the experience. I will be away from Australia for 6 weeks, returning to Melbourne on Sunday 30th November, 2008.
