I flew into Kathmandu from India on 28th September and was picked up in the airport by the owner of the trekking company that I had booked the Annupurna Circuit trek through. During the day I was given a brief about the trek. Afterwards the owner took me shopping for trekking clothes as my rucksack was mainly packed with clothes for hot weather.
