Reggel korán keltünk a thassosi hotelban (7-kor) és a kompot simán elértük. Útunkat folytattuk kelet felé, egészen Komotiniig. Komotini nem kifejezetten szép város, elsősorban a régészeti múzeuma miatt mentünk el ilyen messzire, itt található ugyanis Septimus Severus színaranyból készült mellszobra.
