"The modern village of San Felice Circeo seems to occupy the site of the ancient town, the citadel of which stood on the mountain top, for its medieval walls rest upon ancient walls of Cyclopean work of less careful construction than those of the citadel, and enclosing an area of 200 by 150 yards."

Summer is still here as school does not start for two more weeks. MAtt, the kids, and their grandmother spent 9 days the seaside and explored. I, on the other hand, had to return to Rome and start work at my new school. So far so good and I am looking forward to a fun year. ... read more
