Woke up to the sound of chanting from a temple on the ghats so sat on the balcony, wrapped up watching the sun come up it was beautiful. This is not a definite guide - a you must do - its the story of 2 people travelling around India for a couple of weeks Dec 2007. The reason for doing it (the blog that is...) sometimes guide books are not enough plus we learned so much by reading other peoples blogs so thought we would like to share our journey.
