Today we woke up to rain. But did that stop us? HA! We had breakfast and then went up to the chapel in the village to watch the procession of the Virgin Mary and the relics of St. Eloi. They process up the hill of the town to the church. The little chapel was surrounded by fresh roses and the inside was full of fresh blossoms. I guess I have to change this profile for my next trip which starts July 24 and ends August 8. I am driving with my husband from Calgary, Alberta down to Alpine, TX to visit my brother. We will be seeing some awesome sights and meeting some new friends from the internet as well as some relatives along the way. Looking forward to doing the "Margarita Trail" (the drive from Alpine, TX to Devner, CO via Santa Fe and Taos, NM - we know where all the best margartia spots are along the way!) again! Long drive but worth every kilometer!!... full info
