At 5.50am we awoke to the sound of our villager guide. Apparently he meant 6am and not 7.30. After a rapid dressing and harnessing session later we zipped down to meet him. He took us into the bamboo section of the jungle where we saw movement and heard the calls of the Gibbons in the canopy.
