The Fobidden City is one of the oldest protected structures in the world. The area has 8707 room within it and was only open to Emperors, his wives, concubines and servants for a very long time.

Just to give everyone a quick update… We have officially finished our leg of the trip in Beijing! Wow, what a lot of things we have done. Today we explored the ‘Great Mall of China,’ visited the Confucian Temple, The Lama Temple, and The Forbidden City.
