Well after updating this blog last night and packing I didn't get to sleep until 1.30, so it was only 3 hours sleep before I had to get up again. The time difference between the UK and where I am is now 8 hours, luckily it doesn't change much in the next 10 weeks so I suspect my normal sleeping patterns will return.
