It has been raining for the last couple of days. It came as a surprise. adding to my string of bad luck is the renovations going on at the Sri Meenakshi temple. My main reason to be down here is wondering around this richly ornated fine example of Dravidian architecture. they are renovating all the 10 Gopurams ( ornated gateways) at the same time : ( as I don't really enjoy rain I decide to h ... read more
