I frequently visit the Central African Republic (CAR) to foster the companion relationship between the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and the Evangelical Lutheran Church in the CAR (ELC-CAR). Welcome to the Head and Tail of Haiti! After ten (10) straight years in the United States and Africa, the January 12 earthquake forced Louis Dorvilier to change his priorities.
