Mounds of Dirt

Most historical sites that we traveled to were bordered by huge sudden dusty peaks. Our car ride to these places followed a pattern: green field, dust-dirt field, small rest stop, cluster of farms or small houses, resting camel or cow, jagged dirt hill.
