Rubbing noses

His nose is rubbing off! Why do people rub the noses of so many statutes? There is a statute at my old law school which has a shiny nose too.

Hi all, Life in Shenzhen is going well. I've made some new friends now so I have something to do other than study Chinese and watch Chinese TV!
