Portuguese India?

Though India was a British colony, it had a few pockets ruled by other colonial powers. There is a French area in the south, and more famous, the Portuguese state of Goa, which wasn´t incorporated into the nation of India until 1961. The arcitecture, street and business names, and very catholic atmosphere makes Goa feel a lot different from the rest of India.

I was excited to go to India for many reasons. I am really glad Nitin convinced me to go. I know I'll be back. In 2 months, I feel like I just got a taste.
