Cooking in Hostels

Its always fun trying to find a time when all the equipment you need is available at the same time (I don´t mean anything fancy here, just two plates, two forks and a pan!). This particular hostel had just the one knife, but it made up for it by being a 2 foot long machete. Seemed a bit like overkill for chopping up a red pepper!
