The weather is worsening with high winds making it bitterly cold and the snow is starting to blow around. Pannir is calibrating the radar.

This looks at some of the work we did at WAIS. The photos were taken from Dec 29 - Jan 8. PRISM (Polar Radar for Ice Sheet Measurements) is a group that has developed a variety of radars for studying the ice sheet and the bedrock under the ice sheet.
