In a moment of weakness, Sandra agreed to enter a triathlon with some work colleagues. Actually it was just a bit of a triathlon - a team event, with each team member completing just one leg, so not a real triathlon at all. It was (very) hot - but great fun. We didn't win (!), but didn't lose either. Maybe there's time for a proper triathlon after Christmas...! ... read more
