Busy, crowded streets .. a mixture of Thailand and S. Africa. Many stalls selling their wares.. all looking for customers.

Tues 18th Sept Completed tight-fitted packing dispensing with non-essential but still a lot to carry. Drove down the Florida Turnpike to Miami and dropped off the rental car - just made the ´plane for Belem. Took off on interesting flight at 7:20 pm on TAM aiways; 'trying to sleep when around 11:00 there was a lot of screaming from one of the passengers - a lady screaming hysterically in Spanish ... read more
