Arrived in Tokyo from China on September 5th. Dave met me at the airport, he had just come in off his flight from Canada and desperate for a vacation. Iwent on a short trip to China and Japan for six weeks. last time I was in Harbin in 2004 which was in the far north. This time I am hitting Beijing, Xi an, Hong Kong and Macau. Japan will be very meaningful as I was there in April of 1992...wow. Dave will be meeting me there and we´ll hit Tokyo, Kamakura, Kyoto, Osaka and Gifu City where we are staying with friends. Second trip that I blogged was to Princeton NJ and Ottawa, for conferences. Different than the first but still a lot of fun.... full info
