We left Cape Town on Sunday 19 August. Unfortunately, it was not by airplane - but an overnight bus which was scheduled to take 19 hours! Woo-hoo, we were excited. Suprisingly though it wasn't so bad. The seats reclined way better than they do on an airplane and we would've slept ok if it wasn't for the extremely long border crossing at about 3am.
