After bushing it for so long it was nice to get into a nice small town and wander around a bit. Swakopmund was really nice - clean and tidy and on the beach! What more could you want? Probably some hot weather so we could actually go to the beach, but you can't have everything! And we definitely didn't have everything when it came to our campsite. It was classic. Evan and I are off on our first round the world trip. This is something we have been planning for ages, but it still took a few twists and turns towards the end as we researched and came across other places to see and things to do. Like the inclusion of the trans-mongolian trip. Who would have thought? We are starting in Africa on 1 July and plan to go from there to Eastern Europe and the UK to see family and then on to Central and South America. Only 4 days till we take off. PS.
