We had a cheap, in fact free, day today. We visited Okere Falls and the Blue and Green lakes of Rotorua, about 30ks from the city itself. They were all nice, Okere falls was a bit of a trek though, through some heavy bush to see nothing special and the lakes were real busy, it was a Saturday after all and the locals were out in force, it's one of the few places in town that doesn't smell so is ... read more
